Delivery and Returns

Delivery

357 Creative Marketing will provide delivery service in mainland Singapore on any orders placed through the 357CM Services. For the avoidance of doubt, 357 Creative Marketing does not deliver to Jurong Island and any other islands. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

For online order, the following delivery fees are applicable to your order:
Free home delivery (1-2 working days) for order $50 and above. Otherwise, the delivery fee applicable is $5.00

For urgent Same day delivery (Order confirmed before 5pm), the following delivery fees are applicable:
For order $50 and above, $20.00. Otherwise, the delivery fee of $25 is applicable.

Where Customer requests 357 Creative Marketing (or its delivery service provider) to leave the product(s) at the front door or anywhere outside the delivery address, such delivery shall be at the Customer’s sole risk and the Customer accepts all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage.

357 Creative Marketing shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or damage or loss, however arising, or any deterioration or change in quality or condition of the order after its delivery. For clarity, 357 Creative Marketing and its delivery service provider may decline requests to deliver/leave the order at a place other than the front door of the delivery address.

Whilst we endeavor to complete delivery of your order expeditiously, delivery of your order may be temporarily unavailable or delayed in the event of bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances. All delivery times stated, agreed or represented by us are meant as indicative estimates only, and we shall not be bound by or liable for any inconvenience or loss occasioned to you from late deliveries.

Our delivery service is subject to the availability of our resources and we reserve the right to cancel or reject any delivery request at our sole discretion.

We may use third party delivery service providers to perform delivery of your order. We shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience or loss occasioned to you from any late deliveries or mishandling of the order, which is attributable to the third party delivery service provider.

In the case of payment on delivery and the Customer is not present to receive the order at the scheduled delivery date, 357 Creative Marketing reserves the rights to make a redelivery with additional fee of S$7.00.

In the event that the said order is cancelled by the Customer, a cancellation fee of S$10.00 will be imposed on the Customer if the order has already been dispatched.

Where you or the intended recipient of the order are not at the designated delivery location, 357 Creative Marketing (or its delivery service provider) may leave your order unattended on or in front of the premises of the designated delivery location and the order shall be deemed to have been delivered. After the delivery of the order, the Customers shall solely be liable for all loss, damage whether caused directly or indirectly by you or any person acting on your behalf or otherwise.

Refunds and Returns

Refund: 357 Creative Marketing will arrange for a refund to payment made for the affected or omitted product(s) in the event any order (in whole or in part) is rejected by 357 Creative Marketing for whatever reason.

Exchange & Return Policy: All items have been checked for quality and accuracy. However, as a gesture of good will, we may allow your request to return items that are not satisfactory to you, subject to the following:

• a deduction of $10 will be levied for the incurred delivery fee for the returned product.
• you must check your order upon delivery, and contact us via email with photos of the item(s) in question within 7 days from the date of delivery with your name, contact details, and the reason you are seeking to return any products. 357 Creative Marketing reserves the right to examine the said item(s) to ascertain the condition;
• Online home delivery order: where you have mistakenly purchased a product, you may return the said product to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following: (i) any product being returned must be unopened and in its original packaging; and (ii) production of your proof of purchase.
