Warranty

The Warranty period for purchases is up to 180 days. Within the warranty period, 357 Creative Marketing will provide free replacement or full refund if the ink or toner cartridges content levels are at least 60% filled. Otherwise, a half price replacement or half price refund option will be offered to the Customer.

The Customer is to provide supporting document of the defects like photos of the defective items, the error message on the printer menu or computer, and the reason you are seeking to return any products.

The warranty does not cover misuse or defects that result from poor handling of the product.

Please submit a support ticket or email to operation@inkworld.sg to report defects. The warranty will be processed within 3-5 working days.
